MSRC Core Papers Available in Mendeley

Monday, February 13, 2012

MSRC's core papers are now available in Mendeley, a free reference manager and academic social network that can help organize research, and promotes collaboration.

The synchronization is possible using a new sandbox project in Drupal, created by MSRC staff to integrate with the popular Drupal Biblio module. Synchronization of the over 5,000 records in the full MSRC collection is expected in the near future.

The Military Suicide Research Consortium (MSRC) is part of an ongoing strategy to integrate and synchronize U.S. Department of Defense and civilian efforts to implement a multidisciplinary research approach to suicide prevention. By leveraging the tools and user-base of Mendeley, MSRC aims to further its goal of interpreting and analyzing the data found in the bibliography. Researchers already comfortable with the Mendeley environment can now interact with the collection using familiar tools, including grouping and annotating documents. Such 'expert data' is a key part of MSRC's strategy of document analysis.

Join the MSRC group by visiting the MSRC collection on Mendeley or download the free Mendeley app.
