DL2SL is a project that aims to explore ways in which school librarians can use online, open content to expand and enrich their resource base and instructional support. There are a myriad of online K-12 resources that DL2SL hopes to improve exposure to. One way to go about this is to enable librarians to easily add modern digital resources to their existing library catalogs. We created Web2MARC to facilitate this process. Web2MARC is an online tool that allows users to create library MARC records for virtually any web resource. It also enables users to create and share collections of resources.
